If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchase with Us.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Clix2Cart.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:


We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Missing Or Damaged Products

If any item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise, we can't file a claim with the shipping company and if we can't file a claim with them then we can't refund for broken OR missing products. We will make every effort to replace the missing or damaged item with the same item or one of equal or more value.
If you arrive at any broken or damaged products, please provide photo proof at OUR SERVICE Email: - SALES@CLIX2CART.COM.

After we have received the photos, we will arrange for replacement products.

If product is damaged by improper use or wrong operation. The company did not respond. Please before use read the manual or instruction.

Incorrect Products

If you received a product you didn’t make the order for. Please do not open the product or it must be in the original packing report within 48 hours. We will pay for the shipping.

Defective Products

Test run your product function before selling if non-functioning please contact us.

We will provide a replacement for returns of defective products like manufacture defects or dead on arrival within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return product must be in original packing with all accessories. We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipment.

Once we received your returned product we will inspect it and issue a replacement or store credit.

If opened your product must be thoroughly cleaned. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, your return will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.

After 7 days. We will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returned Product Within 7 Days

All products purchased from Clix2Cart. The product must be in its original unopened packaging. We will exchange products for other products or refund process. There will be a 15% restocking fee. You must be responsible for shipping costs.

You should expect a refund within a week at the original payment terms.
